LottoWitch takes over a space and for three hours invites passersby to play chess with him. These are "Blitz" games, lasting 3 minutes with an additional 2 seconds per move. Chess players are familiar with this format. As for novices, they might find this time quite long enough! LottoWitch is a charismatic figure who uses this provocative challenge to connect with both the players and the spectators, who become engrossed in watching the duel. True to his name, LottoWitch has a bit of a sorcerer's flair, much to the delight of the audience, who savor his witty remarks set to classical music.
