LottoWitch is an intriguing character, navigating between the roles of clown and jester in a dreamlike world rich with striking imagery. The scenography enhances the dramaturgy, weaving together object play, magic, illusion, juggling, painting, instalations, interactions, and original texts. François Cervantes praised the text "The Soul Swallower," calling it "virtuosic, nuanced, and funny. Bravo (this text is in French)."
The Speech
Oeuvres Mytho-Artistiquues
Video of LottoWitch at the Street Art Park, where he crafted numerous mytho-artistic papier-mâché works. These range from major pieces to smaller creations, including the construction of his clown house under a park tree.
Plaque on "the Masterpiece"
Impossible Freedom A black balloon, floating in the wind, constantly wanting to free itself, rise higher... But when you're born a black balloon under the summer sun, you never see the night! Ephemeral provocation, a symbol of the absurd, or Mythoartistic work? The creative journey with park visitors seems to have been the destination of this piece. By trying out these reclining seats, one wonders, could LottoWitch have, in all simplicity, graffitied the sky? Mystery. From Shadow to Light
This is a Mythonaturalist work by LottoWitch during their (P)residency. Rise under the protective gaze of peers, or grow in their shadow? |
The Ball Tree
This tree with two trunks produces paper balls during the summer season. When the balls are ripe, they fall to the ground, and you can juggle them. Once a place of Zen and Relaxation, it was LottoWitch's home during their (P)residency. Chess "Life-Size"
Clowning is the art of mastering failures in life, and being at the first degree. Message from LottoWitch : "If you don't know where you place your pieces, it's normal that you lose them!" If you want to challenge him, go over to chess.com. Invite the username "LottoWitch," He is waiting for you. |
